Gallery Artoz traces its roots back to 1991, when it was founded as Art Attack Art Gallery by Late Shri Naresh Kumar Soni in Udaipur. What began as a space dedicated to traditional art gradually evolved into a platform for contemporary expression.
In 2003, Ms. Virangana Soni his daughter took over the gallery and carried forward the family legacy with renewed vision. After completing her Master’s in Visual Arts from MLS University in 2010, her growing inclination toward contemporary art reshaped the gallery’s direction.
In 2017, the gallery was reimagined as Artoz — ART + OZ (meaning Ujala or sunlight), symbolizing new perspectives and creative clarity. Since then, Artoz has actively built a strong national and international network of artists, organizing exhibitions, workshops, and art camps that encourage artistic experimentation and collaboration.
Today, Gallery Artoz stands as a dynamic space committed to promoting contemporary artists across India while staying rooted in its artistic heritage.
